It is estimated that over 1.5 million children were killed during the Holocaust. The children’s memorial at Yad Vashem is an extremely moving experience and if possible, it is a place you must visit whilst in Jerusalem as it will hopefully convict men who are bent on war or genocide to cease their callous actions of harming children.

We have seen what happened at the hands of evil men and women during the Holocaust and sadly, now in recent conflicts, we have seen it in Syria and Yemen and more recently in Ukraine.
