Howard’s position is striker, therefore shooting at goal was an essential part of his training. This is when Howard was based in Spain working for Revelation Tv and his chosen form of exercise was playing normal football at least four times a week.
The players were mainly British expat footballers where the average age of the players were 30-year-olds, and often there were much younger players, keeping Howard on his toes and giving him a good run for his money.
Howard would train or practise shooting at goal quite often and this video shows some pretty good evidence why he was selected to play for the England Over 70’s Walking Football Squad. This is narrated by Lee Payne former Newcastle United Pro player.
