This is when Howard was based in Spain working for Revelation Tv and his chosen form of exercise was playing normal football at least four times a week.
The players were mainly British expat footballers where the average age of the players were 30-year-olds, and often there were much younger players, keeping Howard on his toes and giving him a good run for his money.
